I had the pleasure of welcoming the beautiful Florence into the studio this week for her newborn baby photos at just 9 days new.
I always love when client’s have really researched into their photographer and it was clear Florence’s Mummy had done just that as she came armed with a list of her favourite images from my galleries. This is always a pleasure for me as it means I can be sure to produce a full gallery of images that they will love and treasure for a lifetime.
Florence also brought with her big brother George who was a superstar at having his photos taken and it was clear to see the love he had for his new sister. We also had the pleasure of George’s school mascot, a dragon, so he snuck in a few photos too for George’s homework assignment.
Florence was a fabulous little sleeper and we managed to capture a lot more photos in her session than I would normally get in a newborn session – including a lovely festive Christmas set-up.
Florence’s Mummy also wanted a few of my gorgeous digital images and I was only too pleased to create this magical ‘bunny moon’ for her. This would look so gorgeous in baby’s nursery!

Newborn photos are best taken before baby is 2wks old, but are possible beyond this. I only take a limited number of newborn bookings each month due to the fact you can never be 100% sure when they’ll make their grand entrance into the world.
