Jack came to see me at the weekend ahead of his birthday for a cake smash session. His Mummy had asked for a woodland theme so I have great fun sourcing giant pine-cones, mini trees, beech sticks and autumnal leaves.
With all my cake smash sessions we always start with a few nice portraits and of course if your big sister is dancing about behind the photographer it really helps to bring out those smiles too.
After the portraits it’s time to bring in the cake and little one get super messy. Cake smash sessions aren’t for the fainthearted though as very few little ones stay still and normally by the end of the session everyone is covered in cake and icing.
With the cake out of the way I then bring in my beautiful vintage tin bathtub. Not only does this mean baby goes home clean but it also gives me a chance to capture some gorgeous bubbly fun photos.

My cake smash session fee includes a beautiful cake and all the decorations, which with enough notice can be personalised to your chosen theme.
Cake smash sessions do need to booked at least 3mths in advance to ensure that both I and my preferred baker are available for your chosen date.
